Application Instructions
NOTE:
Application deadline for 2023-2024 HPEP RN to BSN Stipend Grant application has been extended to Friday, April 26, 2024
Currently we are only accepting applications for the RN to BSN program. For all other programs please check back in May 2024.
- Read the application carefully and answer all HPEP Applicant questions.
If you have questions regarding this application email nvwiche@nevada.edu or call 775-784-4901. - Upload a copy of the following with your application:
- Letter of acceptance from your professional program. If you are currently enrolled in your professional program, include a copy of your unofficial transcript.
- Nevada driver’s license to demonstrate residency. To be eligible, your Nevada driver’s license must have an issue date of at least one year prior to the submission of this application. *If you have just renewed your license, please include a copy of the first page of your 2023 U.S. Federal Tax Return. The purpose is to comply with NRS 397.060 that requires applicants to have at least 1 year of residence in the state immediately before applying for program.
NOTE:
Limited HPEP Funding* for Pilot Program, RN to BSN Nevada Residents at College Southern Nevada (CSN), Great Basin College (GBC), Nevada State University (NSU), Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC), and University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) for 2023-2024.
*Funding is contingent upon 2023 Nevada legislative appropriation
