If Nevada WICHE applicant Nevada driver’s license or Nevada identification card is issued less than one year prior to submission of stipend application two of the following documents from the sample list below can be submitted for verification of Nevada residency.
Upload copies with the application or through our secure document upload page. Documentation must show one year of Nevada residency.
Two Copies From the Following Sample List*
- Receipt for rent or lease in Nevada
- A record from a public utility for residential service in Nevada
- A paycheck stub showing a residential address in Nevada
- A bank or credit card statement showing a residential address in Nevada
- A document from a state or federal court showing a residential address in Nevada
- A record, receipt or bill requesting payment showing a residential address in Nevada
- A Nevada Voter registration card issued pursuant to NRS 293.517
- Military Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) to evidence Nevada residency of applicant deployed outside of Nevada while serving on active duty
- A property tax record, lease, rental agreement, mortgage document or deed of a Nevada residence
- Tax records other than property taxes showing a residential address in Nevada
- State of Nevada practitioner license showing a residential address in Nevada
